China's only aircraft carrier is out roaming around the Pacific as the country seeks validation for its military power and nvaval capabilities.

The carrier practiced confrontations in the air while also practicing refueling last week. The carrier and other vessel's are headed into the open Pacific beyond Taiwan and Okinawa.
