Who We Are

In 1962 the Warrington Sun had the opportunity to purchase the Escambia County Press and did so, combining the resources of both publications, and naming the newspaper the Escambia Sun-Press. Today the Sun-Press does the vast majority of all legal publications in Escambia County, and is considered by most to be Escambia County’s legal newspaper.
Aside from legal publications, the Sun-Press has a great reporter with many years of experience, who couples interesting, local and national stories that you won’t find anywhere else. After almost six decades of existence, we are very proud of the Sun-Press and its’ supporters, and employees, and still feel it is a great value where you get the best bang for the buck. Pensacola is growing at an unbelievable rate and we truly hope to be serving our subscribers for another 58 years.
